That’s why the BigStep Families exists.

We are a family-run program, which means the people supporting you have lived it too. We understand what it’s like to sit in meetings and not have answers, to advocate for your child when no one seems to listen, and to carry the weight of trying to hold everything together. You don’t have to explain everything to us because we get it.

Our role is simple: to walk beside you.

Whether you need help understanding services, preparing for meetings, managing transitions after a crisis, or just someone to talk to who truly understands, we are here. We provide one-on-one support, guidance, and encouragement to help you feel more confident, more supported, and less alone.

We believe every caregiver deserves to feel heard. Every child deserves consistency and care. And every family deserves someone in their corner.
